Investment Management

We include a variety of asset classes when we construct and monitor our clients’ portfolios:

  • Large, mid, and small cap U.S. equities
  • International and emerging market equities
  • Real estate investment trusts
  • Cash equivalents
  • Fixed income

We build global diversification in portfolios using mutual funds, individual equities, individual bonds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Real Estate Investment Trust (REITS) and CDs. By diversifying by market segments and asset classes, we attempt to achieve superior returns for a given level of risk.

Fee-Only Advisor
As a fee-only advisor, we provide independent, objective advice. Our fixed annual fees are based on a percentage of each client’s assets under management, keeping our financial success tied to that of our clients.

Investment Policy Statements
With each new client, we prepare an investment policy. This is an important document—we work closely with each client to create goals and objectives that are both meaningful and attainable. In addition to specific financial goals, the investment policy statement includes relevant aspects of risk tolerance, return desired, time frame, tax and liquidity needs and would also address any unique circumstances.
